Last updated October 11, 2026. This policy explains how STAR 92.7 FM (Interactive Broadcasting Media) handles your personal information.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, business name, email, phone, address, order details, the start date and notes you give us, and the ad files you upload.
• Payments: card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
• When you use the site: basic technical information such as your browser and pages visited, and cookies that keep your cart and checkout working.
• When you listen: our streaming provider receives your IP address to deliver the live stream.

How we use it

• To schedule and air your ad, and contact you about your booking.
• To take payment, send receipts and keep records we are required to keep.
• To answer your questions and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the providers who help us run the site and your booking: our website host, payment provider, email service and streaming provider, and our advisers or authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires. Ad files are kept for 12 months after your campaign ends, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@star927cayman.ky. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Ombudsman.
